SSC CGL Tier II Final Revised Result 2023: Analyzing Modifications and Update

The recent release of the final revised result for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier II 2023 examination by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) brings forth changes and clarifications to the initially declared results on December 4. Aspiring candidates can access the revised outcomes on the official website ssc.nic.in.

According to an official notification, the SSC declared, “The final result of the Combined Graduate Level Examination 2023 was announced on 04.12.2023, with 7859 candidates recommended. Post the result declaration, the Commission received representations pointing out discrepancies, prompting a re-evaluation.”

Upon immediate review, the Commission identified that 261 candidates had not been assessed for Data Entry Skill Test (DEST) errors. These errors resulted from technical issues during the skill test, leading to the exclusion of these candidates. Following the review, adjustments were made, leading to changes announced on December 4, 2023:

(i) 23 candidates initially labeled as ‘not selected’ are now considered eligible.

(ii) 23 candidates previously declared as ‘selected’ are now disqualified in the revised result.

(iii) Changes have been made in the initial allocation of posts/categories for 49 candidates.

For comprehensive details, candidates are urged to visit the official website for the result and official notification.
